        Very friendly crew. Room was comfortable and clean. Slept through the nights with limited noise. The center courtyard was beautiful, it had great places to seat and relax. A putting green, nice pool with hottub surrounded by glass and nice mood lighting. They even played Christmas music. The food was average, but the cooks friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and or tell people about this place.

        A wonderful hotel! We stayed here to go to San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. It was the perfect distance, about halfway between both. The hotel has complimentary breakfast along with evening socials on Wednesdays, which provide a light dinner and drinks. The outdoor lounge area is also awesome. We enjoyed the mini golf and fire with our toddler. It’s out of the city but close enough. Parking was $10 a night. A wonderful hotel that I couldn’t rate high enough.

        This place is truly outstanding. Mainly because of the staff, but that’s what really makes or breaks a place. I stayed here for three months prior to deploying out of the country and the staff was unbelievable. They helped me with anything and everything I asked. They treated me like family and knew me Everytime I went to the desk. Fast forward six months, I reached out to Gina, the manager, to see if I could stay upon return to the country. She immediately knew me and told me she would love to have me and my family back! When I returned, the staff I had seen before all remembered me and welcomed me home! This place is far more than a hotel. They’re a family. Thank you Gina, especially for all you’ve done! You’ve gotta stay here!

        I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. My kids woke up covered in bug bites, and when I reported it to the management, they not only denied my request for a room change but also completely ignored my concerns. I had to repeatedly request room service to make up the bed, which had already been inspected for bed bugs, and it took them a whopping two hours to respond. To make matters worse, the general manager was incredibly rude and even threatened me because I dared to complain about the appalling conditions. It's astonishing that a hotel can treat its guests with such disrespect and negligence. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lack of hygiene, unresponsive staff, and rude management make it an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
