This place was great! Happy they could accommodate my family. Very spacious, very clean. The only issue we had was the sliding door for our bathroom. It was too hard to open and close. Other than that, we enjoyed their breakfast in the morning. It was also calm. I liked how quite it was. And there were other kids too and you couldn't hear much walking down the halls. Parking was great. Access to the hotel was easy as well. The location was perfect too. Everything was close by. We will definitely come back to this location in the future.

My only issue, and this is for the owners of the building, this has been at least my third stay in 3 years and the shower curtains are still TOO SHORT. water gets everywhere, and I'm honestly worried about the hotels foundation. I'm not as worried because I'm supplied with a copious amount of towels at the beginning, but this worry for reoccuring residents and staff can be wiped away so quickly by just replacing the shower curtains! it makes me worried and uncomfortable not only for my stay but the hotel as well which shouldn't even mater to me but here I am. please, replace these shower curtains with longer ones already. it's so uncomfortable to the guests and all its doing is damaging the property...

On 8/23 I had a great stay here and an even more lovely experience with the woman at the front desk named Yesenia. I had left my keys in the car and she was super friendly and replaced mine for me (I returned them all when I left of course). Had such a fun little conversation with her. 10/10 customer service. I hope she sees this review :] Update: I stayed here for work again so I wanted to come back and update this to also shout out Summer. She was another hostess there and I remembered her from my precious stay as well. She is so sweet and just has the kindest personality. Love the staff at this hotel

The suite rooms are huge with open kitchens and are clean and tidy with adequate lighting and comfortable air-conditioning. There are however some drawbacks: 1. The shower tap water is weak, 2. The trash cans in public areas are not cleared frequent enough resulting in lots of trash bags accumulated on or near trash cans, 3. The floors in public areas and elevators are not cleaned up in time after some drinks or food spillage caused by residents. 4. During peak days, inadequate breakfast food is available for residents. 5. There is no security measure to stop non-residents entering the hotel guest floors.

Great location. About 15 mins from most attractions. Hotel is clean. Stayed over new years for a few days and would stay here again. The pull out bed is pretty uncomfortable and noisy. I would stay here again if we are in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
