Great value for our family. We enjoyed the breakfast. Cleanliness was fine in the common areas. They had a cute hot chocolate area set up. The business area is a little different as it’s open. I tried to take a 9 am meeting from this business center and it happened to be the same time they needed to vacuum the area nearby. It was comical, but just plan in advance if you plan on working from this hotel that there’s not real dedicated office space. The room was great. Very comfortable beds and the pull out couch was great for my little ones.

Very nice! Large very nice rooms. Love the separation between the living area and bedroom. Love the full size frig/freezer and the kitchen space. Four star because the bed was Hard! Also the breakfast wasn't could properly. The best thing was the waffle which you make yourself.

Room was nice! Service was good. The only issue I had was the fridge was noisy and the ceiling light in the bedroom did not work. But the hotel fixed them the next day after I made them aware of the issues.

The first receptionist gave me the wrong number, so when I'm trying to open the door, I can't open it. I'm glad one staff member saw me and asked me if I'm with someone because the orange color light indicates that there is someone already inside. We came back to the receptionist and she changed the number. The first night I can noise, which I don't know where it came from. They offer free breakfast, they have heated pool, basketball, and firepit, which I haven't tried because its too cold and windy outside. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay. The location was good and peaceful. They are dog friendly 🐕.

We stayed for the Texas Longhorns and Kansas game. The staff had our rooms ready upon arrival, with no issues while checking in. The rooms were clean and neat, Our maid always had fresh towels for us and were very friendly. The breakfast being served was very filling. My mom didn't like the coffee. But everything else was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
