Nice hotel! Room is spacious. Bathroom is awesome. If you booked breakfast, it will be served in your own room. There is a big super market “ Life” nearby. Don’t miss that benefit, you can buy any fresh fruits and bread and even lunch/dinner there.

This hotel is understated but fabulous. The service was lovely and our room was perfect. The bathroom in particular was sublime. Really loved the interior design of the space. This place made our stay in Kyoto comfortable and relaxing. Amazing value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nagi Kyoto Shijo hotel. My husband and I traveled to Japan for our honeymoon, and the hotel staff made us feel so welcome. They all speak excellent English. Madoka in particular was wonderful to talk to! She is so kind and has excellent food and restaurant recommendations. We truly loved seeing her each day. The hotel rooms themselves are gorgeous. They are spacious and comfortable. The bath and shower room is particularly luxurious. We wish we could have stayed much longer!

Staff are amazingly friendly at this hotel with all staff having very good English made life that little bit easier for me and my partner who were relying on translate apps for our Japan trip from Australia. Definitely couldn’t fault anything and wished we had stayed longer than 4 nights. The aircons were nice and cold in both reception and our room which was refresh after the 37 degrees outside. Definitely would recommend!

I loved my stay here, and can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is amazing for food, shopping, and sight-seeing, reception and cleaning staff were so lovely, the king room was huge, the wet room was to die for, and the room had a brilliant medium-soft mattress which was so wonderful after sleeping on bricks at four previous hotels this trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
