        We booked this via Agoda, and we chose the hotel for its proximity to Wellington Street. The reception area is found on the ground floor. They asked for a deposit and scanned the passport of all guests checking in. As part of sustainability, the hotel has a water dispenser for you to refill your water bottles, but I am not sure if the water is really clean. The receptionists change by shifts. They were not friendly but also not rude. Our hotel room was comfortable. Our hotel cones with a balcony which did not really serve us much purpose as it was raining and the floor collects rain water.

        Eventually I left for another hotel. One lady on staff is very friendly, everyone else is rude. The nightmare began with an unnecessary 01:30 fire alarm evacuation because of old faulty smoke sensor happened, and from reviews seems to have happened before… Preventative maintenance is an issue. Trust just ruined from this point, now sleeping with an eye open. No hot water, at any time of the day for 3 consecutive days. WiFi was dead for all but the first day. Bed sheets given after house keeping had someone else’s blood on them.

        I left my laptop, open, on a table serving as a desk in my room. In the morning, my laptop had been dripped on by the AC unit above. This hotel chain told me they would compensate. After 2 months, no communication. That should be a clue as if you want to choose to do business with these people. Hey Homy Corp. ! There are alot more sites. I really would not recommend doing business with these people.

        Good hotel with polite staff. Situated next to the metro and tram station. Rooms are not big inside, but clean.

        Great location, great price. Booking website said the rooms were bigger than average. I disagree. The room is a cell which barely accommodates the bed, and this is an upgraded 'superior queen' room. The bathroom is small but has what you need. The wardrobe is probably ok for a few children's clothes. There's nowhere to put a suitcase. The view from the window is the building across the street. The air con works intermittently. But at £38 a night in such a central location you really can't complain.
