        The worst hotel I ever stayed. 1).I was requested to wait 3 hours till 2pm for obtaining the key after completing check in at 11am. 2). 2nd day, when changing the room. it is requested to check out by 12pm and I was also requested to wait until 2pm for check in . No matter we are staying here for 5 days. I can not go out since I have to stay for daily check in and out during my staying in this terrible hotel. I am not spending money and time for checking in and out till daily 2 pm since this terrible hotel can not manage well and the terrible rule for spending time waiting. 3). They change a room without AC , but only fan. And the room is beside the road and subway as a punishment. I can not sleep. 4). The service is unfriendly and it doesn’t deserve even one star. 5). I will never stay in this horrible hotel again in my life.

        Service could be much better especially doorman and front desk, don’t feel very welcomed. They make it feel very stringent and should open up abit more. But the rooms are the best, we booked executive king room and the room was very spacious and has a touch of luxury. There’s a living area with table and sofa. There’s a hug modern TV which can connect to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom is huge with bath tub and separate shower room. The bed is very comfortable and house keeping is very good, room feels fresh after clean everytime. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Breakfast was very delicious with much variety and free drinks, have bacon. Mix of western and Asian food. Overall hopeland 46/1 is really a good hotel, rates are very good value, will definitely recommend. Location is convenient too.

        I don’t recommend to anyone…. And the worst part was when the receptionist opened the door and the room smelled so bad and the floor was full of dirts and the room wasn’t the one they charged us for and it’s absolutely different than the photos on the websites. In addition it was too far from the town. Don’t waste your time , just book another hotel . Because I’m sure you gonna regret the minute you walk in…Such a rude front desk, they are not helpful and usually they don’t pay attention to the client whom flew all the way from other countries to Bangkok and they need to take some rest after long flights . The traumatizing part was when they tried to open the room several times but the cards wasn’t working and after waiting almost 15mins they fixed it , imagine I was waiting for the man to fix it and sweating so bad . Also I didn’t stay even 1more minutes I just checked out immediately booked another hotel closer to the town and much more clean and more respectful front desk .

        Hotel was beautiful! Room was nice but the shower head leaked and their was no place to put your soap. Breakfast was a great selection. Ham was tasteless and no real coffee only instant. Nice free cake! Beautiful places to sit and chill in lobby. Pool was small and shallow but doable.

        This hotel is a stone's throw from the metro station. Clean rooms and clean linen! Especially love the free drinks at the lobby after a hard day's travel!
