Staff are warm and friendly. But the facilities are absolutely horrific- the lifts in particular. There are three lifts - 1 goes to odd floors, 1 goes to even floors and 1 service lift. I stayed on level 20 and the even floor lift was under maintenance and could not be used for the entire 6 weeks I was here. 33 floors with only one lift working most of the time. It was an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend this place and I will never come back here again. Please, fix your lifts.

I have a training there. There's not much option in lunch and some of the food didn't taste good at all. The trash bin in the toilet never got cleaned up and there much used tissues everywhere. The classroom looks like a little bit old and the lobby too.

Horrible hotel. No parking space at all. 3 slow lifts only. It took 30 minutes to get into room. No proper amenities in the room. And the wifi was spotty at best.

Air-cons are worst maintained.. One night due to suffocation I couldn’t sleep and came to hall. Toilets everywhere leaking.. I stayed a week and after a fight the staff accepted to change room. Very bad management. Also lifts are highly horrible.. its separate story.. most time one has to wait minimum 10 minutes as separate buttons for 2 lifts. One group press both lifts and used to go down with first cum first served basis. Another gentleman who took 2nd lift will stop every floor from 33rd floor and reach quickly within 10 minutes.. No room has security latches. No cameras for security. No fans. I changed 3 rooms and everywhere aircon Is almost dying.. Staffs are gentle and genuine and at least understood the pains. Horison hotel is a Horror Story..!

4 star hotel with 1 working lift for 32 floors. Took forever to get in and out. Looks like horison just bought an old apartment and make it a hotel. Everything inside the room is old. Need renovation and way better maintenance. I regret staying here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
