First, I would give them 0 stars if I could. This place is the epitome of a trash bin. Let’s start with the rent a cops they have there who say they “protect people” wrong! They just read a script hoping to feel some type of power. Second the supervisors or whatever they are that can’t solve a problem so they love throwing people out. Especially people whose phones they take and hide. Not to mention grouping together against one person. The worst experience ever! They couldn’t even get an actual manager to talk to nor actual cops cause they were in the wrong and did not want to bother explaining how they charge people to stay there yet refuse to help them when they need it. Train your employees on having better customer service and humble them a bit. They don’t care about customers whatsoever and by the looks of the comments and ratings I’m not wrong. I’ll take that one guy’s advice and go to MGM where they treat people like actual humans! How you treat people in general says a lot about you and this place is a dump. Cancelling my Caesar’s rewards I rather spend my money on motel 6.

The rooms were surprisingly nice. Spacious, clean, and well kept. Only complaint I would have is the parking garage is shared with Paris Casino. You have to walk a bit depending on where you park. Good thing about this is the walk is all indoors. Horseshoe is close enough to the strip to enjoy it but also far enough to step away from the craziness. The check in process was quick and easy through the kiosks. Staff was ready to help and extra friendly.

I have stayed here many times before when it was Bally's it's never disappointing it has a good location, it's great how it connects to the Paris Hotel. Good food and shows. Loved the Mentalist show there. The service is good it's clean. We stayed in a room that had a very good view of the Sphere.
