I highly recommend this hotel, they go above and beyond to help. We asked them to help us get a driver from the train station to the hotel, and also a driver from the hotel to the airport on the departure day, and they did with no bother! They also helped us order some food to be delivered after a long day travelling ( it was also pouring with rain!). The evening bar area is lovely, and the staff are super helpful and accommodating! The breakfast is stand-out awesome! There was a family there this morning who had a few carried requests that were slightly less usual, and each request was handled professionally and promptly. The room is well set out, very clean and modern. The shower is awesome, strong water flow and the shower gel smells great too! I would highly recommend this place 10/10! Oh! And they have a couple of resident cats that like being petted!

Great location. Quiet area but close enough to all the sites. Room was good but had a strong musty smell that didn’t improve. Hvac unit made noises all night. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good but needed more staff. A good choice for upscale stay but don’t expect luxury despite the high price.

Amazing hotel and amazing personnel. We stayed for 5 days during our honeymoon the facilities and rooms are detailed and cared. The location is incredible if you want to be near the city Center but avoiding the crowd. Additionally the personnel was so nice, we would remember all of you, specially Veronica. Hopefully we would come back soon

We stayed for 3 nights in late June and loved this boutique hotel! Tucked away in a quiet area, but a short walk to most areas we visited. The rooms were large, comfortable and open for a European hotel. The breakfast was lovely! And the hotel arranged a private rooftop dinner for us and our party of 17. The coordinator for dinner, Melissa, was excellent to work with and accommodating! Would stay here again!

What a gem of boutique hotel! Loved everything it has to offer. Tranquility & serenity! Words that came to my mind as we checked it in. Check in process is seamless and staff go above and beyond for their guests needs. Room is super comfy and has a very cool vibes. The hotel has a nice rooftop resto to enjoy the view and vibes around. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in town. Note that the coolest hype neighborhood in Rome is just 5 mins short walk away. Can’t wait to be back and stay longer!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
