One of the most luxurious, personal and unique accomodation experiences I’ve had in Japan. I booked this spot purely because Hanya Yanagihara has stayed there (my favourite author), and I understand why. The breakfast offering is abundant and delicious. The tea/snack room on each floor is generous and filled with everything you could ever want, plus things you might not even know you want (like the peach gummy lollies, I wish I could buy them to take home). What I found most unique was the hotel’s Onsen/Sento. Whilst I’ve been in Japan, I have been going to a different sento everyday (and have tried 14 different offerings). The Hoshinoya Onsen, while only offering one bath soak option, already is my favourite. It felt completely private—even while being available to all guests. There was also a James Turrell-esque moment in the outdoor part of the Onsen (look up while you’re out there). So if you are into art and know Turrell’s work, that moment alone felt healing and like it washed away any bad I’ve done in my life lol. It’s also a shoe-free hotel and therefore, everything feels plush and super clean. It has become one of my favourite hotels in the world. I highly recommend.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life! The staff are very welcoming and the service is incredible. The rooms are very spacious with a true Japanese vibe. There are free activities to participate in every day. Do not skip the rooftop onsen; it is unreal!

nice, modern, stylish place but we had a few challenges. They got mixed up our specifications and we ended up having no food for breakfast and dinner , but worst, out little one didn't have bed at all! Unfortunately non of these issues been solved during two days. Luckily there is few nice restaurants just nearby. bed was very comfortable , place is extremely clean and organized, very appreciated nonstop tea bar and public hot spring water on the top of the hotel was nice (nothing exceptional) I appreciated choice of high quality cosmetics available in the room and public bath

This hotel is beyond good; one of the best city hotels in the whole world. Outstanding service, cleanliness, features, comfort. Well located. Large rooms. Japanese breakfast excellent. Ryokan ambiance in the city. Great open-air onsen. For a Canadian couple wanting to immerse in Japan culture, it was beyond expectations. What a great place ! Stayed 9 days.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. We loved the free snacks. And the comfy beds (so comfy!!) and the gorgeous hot springs with the open air ceiling. I know this sounds random, but I even loved the lighting design in the rooms (with several different "mood" lighting options). And the invisible tv. And the five part skin care routine in the bathroom. Oh, and the waterfall faucet in the tub. And the gorgeous kimono and PJs. Honestly, everything was beautiful and perfect. I cannot say enough good things. It's totally worth the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
