What a gem of a hotel. Super convenient & within walking distance almost everywhere. Rooms are immaculately clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Only suggestion would be an upgrade to the mattress, softer, and more luxurious bedding and it would be 5 star all the way! Would recommend and stay here again with no hesitation!

Pros: excellent location close to historical sites and restaurants (couple of good trattorias down the street - can't see them from the hotel door, but they are really close). Nice and attentive staff. Simple but balanced and sufficient breakfast to get the day started. Building is shared with Polish church areas, which adds charm to the location. Areas of improvement: the rooms would benefit from a redesign to make them more contemporary and more functional. There is little area to put one's belongings. Replace carpet by some hard floor easier to clean

Delightful hotel in an excellent location. no road noise and minimal internal noise from other guests. The staff are all brilliant- friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable about their city. The breakfast was extensive in choice and plentiful. Whilst I was there the wi-fi was upgraded and is now stable and fast. The only negative is that the rooms are a little tired and perhaps needing a bit of a face-lift. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Rooms are clean and adequately appointed. Mattresses are quite firm. The air conditioning is excellent! Nothing better than a cool room after a hot, humid day. The service was friendly, fast and multilingual. The ki d woman at the front desk spoke Italian, Polish, Spanish and English in the short time I spent in the lobby. I cannot say enough about this location - the entry is in a narrow alley. There are Roman ruins and gorgeous churches within walking distance. For the more fit, Saint Peter's Basilica is approximately 35 minute walk. For convenience, there is a supermarket and several cafes close by. This is by far not the most luxurious accommodation, but it is great for a short stay in a phenomenal city.

This was my first time in Rome and I was travelling alone. This hotel was the best experience. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. I really recommend this hotel the location could not have been better and my experience was fantastic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
