First time in Madrid and this place has made our trip memorable! All the staff went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect specifically Fernando!!!🙌. The rooms are spacious, clean and room service is on point! Location is perfect! You can walk everywhere or jump on the metro/bus. We truly recommend this place as you will always feel welcomed! We will definitely be returning!

This hotel is beautiful! The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely most helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to a lot of places and is located right across from Retiro Park. The one drawback about this hotel is the noise that can be heard from the terrace and street area in front of the hotel during the later evening hours. If you have an early morning flight, make sure you have a pair of ear bud's handy.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit and quickly got us a cab whenever we needed one. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to a lot of places and is located right across from the beautiful Retiro Park. The only thing that was a little challenging was that there isn't a lot of privacy in the shower area so when staying as a family with a teenager it was sometimes a little difficult to change in privacy. I definitely wouldn't take a star away for that though, we made it work

The hotel is lovely with well appointed rooms. The staff is the best! Manuel, along with other staff, helped take care of all of our requests. We loved our stay at Puerta de Alcala.

The staff, especially Ilia and Luis, were wonderful. Ilia in particular went out of his way on a number of occasions to handle various matters for us. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and the tour company we used, Tuscany Tours.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
