        I used it with my family. It's convenient because it's within walking distance from the station and AEON. The room was clean and quiet. The children loved the fact that there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Although it was a very hot day, each room had air conditioning, including the wash basin, so it was a comfortable stay. I had dinner, but the ingredients were in the fridge and I had a pot so it was easy to cook. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

        Stayed as a family (3 adults, 1 child, 1 elderly person) for 3 nights and 4 days. It's a rental inn, and it feels like it's surrounded by private houses. Kujo Garage is nearby, so it's convenient for sightseeing by bus. There is a reception desk on the way from Kyoto Station to the inn, where you can check in after being informed of the ``precautionary notes'' and ``number to enter when entering/exiting.'' Check-out is OK as long as the door is locked by the time you leave. There is no need to stop by the reception office. On the first floor, there is a kitchen (round table, four chairs, refrigerator with water bottle included, electric stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine with detergent included, foldable drying rack, cutting board, knife, teacup) products, instant coffee, tea packs, kitchen towels, etc.) "Japanese-style living room (table and five chairs, large TV with about 9 terrestrial channels?           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
