The rooms are very basic although they have been recently renovated. We had to move rooms from the "new" block due to an overpowering paint smell and lack of air conditioning - however we weren't actually given the type of room we had booked which was supposed to have a terrace. The saving grace of this place was the pool area which is fantastic. Small enough to get warm quickly for a dip at any time during the day. The sun loungers are very uncomfortable and there is limited area to sit in the shade. I would still recommend this place however happy for the owner to get in touch with some suggested improvements which would justifiy the price and would like to thank him in accommodating some of our immediate concerns.

The rooms were good although one of the outlets didn't work, the location is great as its only 8 min away from the beach and the old town of alcudia but you have to go over a high traffic street where cars won't stop and me and my friends nearly got run over several times But otherwise for the price the hostel is great, the service is really kind and helped us with everything snd the pool was great as well! (Also there was a very cute cat)

The room was clean and spacious, but it lacked a proper dressing and a mini fridge for storing beverages. The bathroom facilities seemed quite old and in need of renovation. The breakfast was good, the staff very helpful. They waited for us late in the night to make the check-in without extra charge.

Thnx a lot , super friendly and always find a solution. The place is perfectly in the middle of platja Muro und platja Alcúdia both 3 minutes with car to reach. Looks like 4star hotel We will come back again! Regards from Vienna Lum & Yuliia Kabashi

Cant fault this place for £40 a night, lots of parking, nice spacious rooms, easy check in, a pool, nice staff.. stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
