This Hotel look like just had full renovated a year ago! Look very nice clean , everything look new, bed and pillows are so comfy , shower is new , heater work perfect , design is very beautiful and room quite big to feel comfortable not too tidy. Very quiet at night ( we got room 201) Elevator is new and modern .All restaurants are around , Burger King tapas grocery , kebabs ,Chinese restaurant , cafes, even Thai massage not far. 1 min walk to metro . Everything you need just around corner . Will be back again 👍👍👍

Newly renovated Hostal situated at the city areas with 10 mins walking distance to all the tourists attractions. The service is excellent at concierge, staff are very helpful and provide us with the ideas for visiting.

Clean rooms! Spacious. The beds not too comfy but it was CLEAN. GREAT location, 2 bathrooms, 2 TV's wifi kitchen with dishwasher and washer! We also had a balcony. On check out date we asked for more time and they gladly let us stay almost an extra hour. Elevators work, close to shopping, the man plaza. Overall recommend!

Worst Spanish experience! Landing in Madrid at 22:00, we call the reception to warn them that we are on our way to the hostel. Surprise, surprise, they canceled our booking for no reason. They did not give us any room, and refused to refund us. The receptionist was aggressive, refused to help us, and hung up the phone because he did not want to talk with us. We were thus at 10PM in the steeet without any place to sleep because of them: I don't recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
