Well located ( it's two blocks from Gran Via ) and clean. There's a safe in the room but no kettle with tea or coffee in it. However there are two vending machines in a comfy lobby downstairs. There's also a microwave and computers to be shared. The room has a tv and a device to heat the room.

I stayed for bout 5-6 days, booked it on booking n while staying I asked for 1 more night n it was about 60 or 65 euros, which is much cheaper when I book online, so recommended that you can ask them directly for a better price. It was a very good location as you can walk to granvia or to primark in less than 3 minutes n it stays just behind primark. They clean your room daily if you hang the sign at your door handle. Laundromat is just couple minutes of walk n couple of supermarket nearby. Overall, worth the price n even though it named hostal but to me it looks like a hotel.

Every time I visit Madrid I stay here, you can't find a better location, close to almost every tourist attraction. The only thing it lacks: a tourist hustle and bustle. Authentic bars and restaurants without "tourist tax", small grocery stories, laundromats, everything is a few steps away. The staff is super friendly, the price is reasonable, and the wifi speed is the best I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world. If you want to feel real Madrid, to become a part of this magic city I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Pretty good value and location on a side street downtown. Short walk to many points of interest. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The room and lobby were clean and tidy. The bed however was rather hard compared to what I’m accustomed to.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
