Had issues with the cleanliness of the room. There was a strong smell of mould/damp, which we could only reduce by opening the window, which then made it very easy to hear the noise outside. We also had ants inside and bedsheets which were not very clean. The location is good but the hotel needs more work

Disappointing - Look elsewhere - Terrible check-in experience. We weren't the only guests having issues as other guests were also standing outside waiting for a long time. - The communication was very poor as the reception was unmanned throughout our stay. - The accommodation phoned me in the morning for no reason as an unwarranted wake-up call. - The room needs care & maintenance; the bathroom mirror didn't work, the bathroom door didn't shut, the shutters to the balcony were partially broken, the walls needed repainting & general TLC needed. - The room was small. + The location is good. + The room was clean enough. + The Aircon was good. + Room has a fridge. + WiFi was very good.

*Warning - SCAM* Good morning, We booked a room in September 2023 in this hotel. When we arrived there, we noticed that check-in was done by telephone and that there was no one there to welcome arrivals. When we entered our room, we were hit by the smell of mold. In fact, this room was located on the ground floor and had no window to the outside. In other words, this room was a cellar. It was impossible to sleep in this place unless you risked getting sick. What a shame to rent out (and at this price) such a dilapidated room! We immediately called our contact by phone and requested that our room be canceled. We booked via Booking. The person on the phone assured us that our cancellation request would be accepted and that we would be refunded our 80 euros in the coming week. In reality, I never received a refund for the room. By canceling the room, the hotel was able to rent the room again, while collecting money from several guests for the same night. In addition, Booking considers that if we cancel, it is because we never made it to the hotel. We therefore did not have the opportunity to give our opinion and the hotel continues to unfairly collect money from customers without them being able to complain. In short, this hotel has set up a real scam for tourists. I hope Booking will link this comment and remove the hotel from its listing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
