Clean rooms Uncomfortable pillows (1 long flat sausage like pillow) A very good location Overpriced for what it is though- paid £130 for a night (Monday night not even a Friday night). On top of that I still had to pay £1 to store my luggage I felt it was too expensive for a 1 star hotel that is located in the same building as a hostel (I didn’t expect that) Staff were nice

I'm going to leave a one star review, not because the hotel is bad, it has nice, clean bedrooms. However the whole experience was ruined due to their communication service, I left a ring, which wasn't very expensive but it had a lot of sentimental value in the bedroom where I stayed, and even thought we called on the same day we left, for the staff to keep it safe, nobody answered the phone. The next day nobody answered the phone either, so we had to send an email, one of the staff replied saying they would speak to the cleaning team, we didn't receive an answer until the next day, saying they couldn't find the ring. However it was definitely left there. Why and how it disappeared, will now never be known. I think this whole situation could have been avoided if somebody had picked up the phone earlier.

Do NOT book with them. We reserved 10 months ahead and two months before our arrival they canceled our reservation with a lie because now they can rebook for TWICE as much. Bookings.com did NOT help any either. NEVER again. We travel every year to Spain.

It was a wonderful stay in this newly renovated hostel with heat towel rack in the toilet. $1 luggage storage fee if you have a night flight and want to go shopping after checkout, but worth it.

Good accommodation in centre of Madrid. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean with own bathroom. Price is too high.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
