Great staff, nice breakfast, everything was clean, bathroom was really good too. Close to metro stations and supermakarkets. The stairway is a little bit narrow so it may be a little bit difficult for people with mobility limitations. They have luggage storage if you need.

Nice clean rooms with Netflix on the TV'S! Breakfast is good, the staff speak good English and we're extremely helpful. We had an issue with a taxi driver that got lost taking us from the bus station to the hostel and then tried to over charge us. The guy at a reception sorted everything out over the phone. The location is good to get to the main park and San Cristoban Hill with an easy 30 minute walk to city centre and the meeting place of the free walking tours.

I arrived at this HOSTAL to stay and I spent hours on the street and no one came to open the door. After much insistence, a boy appeared who opened it and took us to the room, which was infected with flies and bedbugs. The boy said he could fill it with medicine, but as I'm allergic, I contacted the owner and we agreed that I would cancel the reservation and look for another place. SCAM! To this day I haven't received my refund, it's been over 1 and a half months and he simply doesn't respond to messages. Don't book at this place, you will regret it.

Cute hostel in the heart of Barrio Italia, surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, etc. Well connected to public transport and easily accessible on foot. The double rooms are spacious and clean; Investing in your own bathroom is worth it. The room also had a television that could also be used for streaming (e.g. Netflix). The kitchen is also well equipped.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
