I don't like this hotel - the room isn't like in the photo +very small), in shower cabin the water doesn't pass(!), no shampoo, the smell from the bathroom goes into the room. Nobody speak English, or another language, It wasn't clean the room well.

Me and my husband have recently been to Madrid to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. We found the place on Booking.com and read loads of positive feedback about it. The price and locations seemed convenient. I can confirm it is located in a good spot, near Plaza Mayor, Sol, Anton Martin metro station and very close to other important places. The room was very nice and clean, staff very friendly. The only little con, for me, was the bed and pillows, slightly uncomfortable for my back and neck. Other than that I can guarantee that we would definitely stay there again. Mirko and Vince.

Great location, good value for money. My room was rather small, but I was outside most of the time anyway. Only critique: it is rather clairaudient, I could hear noises from the next room and whenever someone rang the doorbellbell for the reception.

A very nice experience, I'm not really an expert on Hostels but the service was really nice, the rooms comfortable and clean while being imo a very great zone. It's only about a minute from the metro, close to the city center and has quite a few nice places to eat nearby. All in all if it weren't for the thin walls and the loud neighbors it's a perfect place to stay specially if you want to see the city.

the place is clean. the room also provide the private shower. free wifi is stable. it is to located, and can take bus from airport. that is not difficult to find. there many nice restaurant or cafe around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
