Very nice stay - small but very clean room, very helpful contact with hotel when I was travelling to it - great location - 2 minute walk from the very centre of Madrid, yet quiet at night. Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful hotel in the center of Madrid. A room for 2 people with AC and a private bathroom was 41€ per night. The room was clean, with towels and soap. Recommended.

The worse customer service, I had a problem with my reservation, contacted them from the U.S to make changes and they gave me thousands of none sense excuses not to accommodate my reservation, Luis "the manager" blocked me from whassapp when he had no more excuses to deny a simple request. Not recommended at all!! They literally stole my money!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
