Fantastic location and wonderful experience in the heart of Spain. I love the two bothers that run this place. They are personable, attentive to details, and very caring. They will also give you the best advice on what to do and how to avoid tourist traps. I have always stayed in this place when in Madrdid, as well as my family members. We all stay loyal for the service, their communication, and their willingness to help. Place is ultra clean, comfortable and quiet.... for those seeking a quiet place to rest in a loud city. I will definitely continue to give them my business when visiting Madrid from New York.

Good price to quality ratio. Place was simple, cleaned every day including changing the towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, room temperature was ok. Location is really good, near many attractions like museums, tapas bars, botanical garden. Also metro stations, bus stations, local market etc. highly recommended.

We had a double and single bed with a bathroom in a private room. The room was clean and included a TV, side tables, a desk, and some shelving. The lighting was very good in both the room and the bathroom. The shower was large with great water pressure. There was AC, but it would only stay around 25°C. The room was not very large, but perfect for resting in between venturing Madrid. The host was friendly and did not bother us at all. He even allowed us to check in 2 hours before check-in time! Would definitely stay here again!

Too much noise! Anytime someone in the next room would turn on the water, the sound would resonate around our room. The host lives here and his loud talking would echo down the hallway. If you want to get a good night's sleep, don't stay here.

Everything about this place was 1st class for a budget hotel/hostal.. very clean ..decor good..serviced rooms prompt..helpful ..we were very pleasantly surprised at the standard.. we went in April lots of restaurants and sightseeing in the doorstep

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
