The place looked very nice online but once we arrived there the first impression was not good, the elevator was super slow, the room wasn't bad but the smell of sewer was too intense it woke me up a couple of times. I'd stay for a night but longer than that it wasn't that nice.

I was planning a week in Granada with my wife and daughter, and we were looking for a central bases to explore the town from. There are lots of great hotels in the City, but the two bedroom suites at Gran Via were almost half the price of two hotel rooms so we booked it. Situated towards the bottom end of the Gran Via de Colon, the accommodation is only a short walk to the centre of Granada, but far enough way to escape the noise. If you're driving to the hotel you'll find it's best to park under nearby Avenida de la Constitucion since the hotel car park is tiny. We arrived at the same tie as some other guests so had to wait outside to check in since the lobby is quite small, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The suite itself consisted of one double bedroom and one twin room, with an open plan lounge/kitchenette/dining room, and a bathroom with funky Japanese style toilet! We only had breakfast in the room once (they deliver a very generous room service platter) so only really used the kitchenette for drinks and snacks. The wifi in the room was perfect and there's a recreation room in the basement if you want to use a stand alone PC. I only have two small criticisms of the hotel. 1. The air con is really powerful in the suites. That may sound like great news when it 40C outside, but you can't leave it on all night since you freeze....yeah, yeah - first world problem. 2. While there is little noise from the street, the inside of the hotel can get a quite loud due to the abundance of tiled floors and walls. One night some guests came in late to the hotel and woke us up as they chatted in the downstairs atrium. Nevertheless, we'd definitely stay here again.

Room was small near a noisy terrace bar which played loud music late. No service at all and receptionists were not helpful . Although renovated it had no sound proofing at all. Everything echoed outside in hall and to think I paid $80 for this Hostal. Disappointed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
