They’re located in a lovely old building in a good location, but their prices are excessive what they actually offer. Our twin room was a good size, but that’s the end of the positives, the negatives are the poor WiFi and the receptionist who has no idea how to work with the public, the rest is mediocre at best.

Well situated in the heart of Madrid, this cosy hostel is nearly 15 minutes walk to main city landmarks. It is situated in a very artistic street, with theater and colourfull restaurants with tasty food. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Good choice.

The room is OK. Relatively clean, relatively big. It even has a small balcony where you can only stand. But it is dead cold at nights. And they refuse to give extra blankets. (As far as they understood English, which they are really bad at) A lot of noise coming from the outside. But it is 5 min walk from Gran Via. It can actually be a nice budget hotel IF the prices were budget. So if you can find it for a very cheap price I think you should get it.

Worst experience ever: - The customer service is horrible, worst of my life, i even saw the receptionist buying drugs (a very angry old man) - The rooms don’t have AC even when they advertised it, i ask for the controller and they told me that it was not season of AC - The wifi is a big lie, practically not working at all times. - The carpet was dirty and with a lot of stains. - The place is very loud, they are always people partying in the street in front and you can’t sleep. - The don’t give you the key, you have to left it with them when you leave the hostal. - They go mad if you call the gate more that one, even if they spent more that one minute to open it. - It’s in a very unsafe place, is near La Gran Via but the street is always full with drunk people.

Room was quite small and very basic. Wi-Fi was so so. Hotel was clean and quiet. Location is very good. One of the (male) staff members was as grumpy and unhelpful as it gets. Spoke no word of English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
