My friend was in town and was looking for a hotel. I suggested finding someplace near the city center and that's why this hotel gets two stars. It wasn't cheap at 80+€/night in quiet February. There are PLENTY of nice hotels in the area for about 100/night. So unless you really can't scratch your pockets for the extra 20%, I wouldn't recommend you stay here. Hotel front desk has one person hiding behind a stable door. Process is not smooth, key magnetizer is a bunch of cables hanging out of the wall, key didn't work half the time, etc. And that's before you get into the room. The bed is small even if you get the large bed they offer. It is just short. Probably around 6ft long and very uncomfortable. Bathroom is OK, the rooms do have a/c. Anyways, skip this one, go to some other nicer place for not a lot more.

Location is great, middle of the centre. Service is OK. No reception at this building. Check in + breakfast is at Victoria Hotel 20 metres away. If you want a great location, choose this. You want luxury, stay away.

The doors are not sound proof so you can hear everyone, the rooms are small but the hotel is only small, no amenities, no bar, no restaurant though they do have a deal with a local restaurant for breakfast Though this will leave you hungry unless you eat like a church mouse. It does taste fantastic however a pain au chocolate isn't enough for a growing lad like me.

Super cool hotel few step away of Plaza del sol in the heart of Madrid movida night life. Stuff very kindly. Super safe. One of the best choice for be in Madrid

Room was too small. No toilets in the lobby for guests. Staff could not communicate with guests. Breakfast buffet was missing though it said bed and breakfast. Location was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
