The single room was extremely small. The window is very small and old and it is very hard to let the fresh air come. The cleaning of the room is good, but they did not changed the towels for me. The check in and check out system is good.

The best part is only the location. The room is nightmare. Only give you a fan in the room,and the room smell bad. And the worse part is the passcode for you to open the front door you need to call the management. And after you inside the building, you still need to call center, and you need yo asked for another pass code. No recommend at all.

Very clean. Good service. Great location and cheap compared to most hostels/hotels. The only thing that bothered us was that you could not control the air conditioning yourself so it was very warm during the day.

Hotel room itself was decent but we had a problem with paying. We tried to use the automatic payment machine in the lobby, but apparently it was out of paper. No big deal right? We called and an employee came and manually checked us in and because the machine could not vend a key or receipt, she asked if we could pay in euro. The issue came once I was back in America and noticed my payment was charged on my Visa ( I payed for the room with cash). I emailed the contact us link and told them about the issue and they were quick to respond that they would look into it and refund my money on the credit card. 4 business days go by and no communication. I rewrite an email requesting the status of my refund and no word. Another email was send days later....silence. Last email written stated I would contact my credit card if they didn't fix this.... They didn't and I had to go through with the hassle of refuting the payment. Shame on you Dingdongs. You could have had the decency to refund my money after I was clearly double charged. I even emailed a copy of my receipt to them proving I double paid. I would give 0 stars just because of the bad business ethic.

Good value for money. Rapid access to bus and metro stations. We had a shared bathroom at two rooms of 2, but it was clean and really close to the room. Overall it was a good choice for the money paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
