I stayed in this hostel for four nights and was more than satisfied. The staff was lovely. My single room was very clean, spacious and cozy. The common areas and kitchen were inviting, because there would just be some people talking or reading. I especially was a fan of the receptionist who played the guitar and sang every evening when he was there. Please never stop him. He also helped me call the airport when my luggage was gone missing. Such an excellent service. Breakfast was great too, they have cereal, oats, bread, marmalades, eggs and fruit. For drinks you can have coffee, tea and whole milk/skimmed milk. I'd absolutely come back.

I had an excellent experience at Hostel Forestal! Friendly and helpful staff(particularly Juan) and very accessible location. The room I stayed in comes with comfy bed and the share showers were super clean. I will definitely come back here again.

Despite the fact that they clean the room everyday, it is not perfectly cleaned. I think they should focus on cleaning just a few times so the cleaner would do a better job. They did not clean the sink, for example. Our bedsheets were new, as we could noticed. There was a problem with the shower drain, in just 30 seconds the water was already 3 centimeters high, that was very disgusting! The bathroom did not have a window, so it would always be very wet. It was also very tiny, when using the toilet, I had to sit sideways because my legs did not fit. The window of the room could not be locked. The employees were always very kind and happy, and the breakfast was ok, there was coffee, tea, boiled egg, bread, jam, butter, fruits and oats. The location was really great.

I had some issues with the power points as they didn't seem to be working that well but apart from that not bad. Good shower, good breakfast and the beds were comfortable. The social scene appeared to be a bit quiet but maybe it was because I was there during the off season. I went to one social event organised by the hostel and there were 3 people including me.

Really cool hostel in Santiago. Everybody speaks English, there is a well equiped kitchen, some place to sit and a pc with internet. Spontaneous partys can happen. Rooms are nice. Breakfast included. As it is central, you can do many things in Santiago without going to far away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
