Clean and functional. Great value and excellent position right at the heart of bars and restaurants. My only niggle is that I travel to Madrid quite often and have recently started to used this hostel but when I booked for my next trip in Feb 24 I put the wrong dates in and although Hotels.com reached out to them within a few minutes of my mistake they would not allow me to rebook for the correct dates without loosing all my money and re booking. Hence my low score and I will not be going back as they have lost my loyalty. (Without their unreasonable stance it would have been 5* to be fair.)

Had a great stay with Hostal Fuentesol. Rooms are dated but perfectly clean, tidy and functional. Bed was comfy and the lady couldn't of been more accommodating even though I only spoke a little Spanish. We stayed 3 nights and it was a perfect location to explore Madrid

They scammed us at that hostel, we made a reservation for three people and it was paid in advance and when we arrived they told us there were only 2 and they charged us €20 per additional night A lady attended to us in a very rude and closed manner, giving us the impression that we wanted to sneak in a person. The room was super small, cramped, I don't give 0 stars because you can't. The only good thing is the location but it is not recommended at all. Better not book there so as not to have a bad time on your trip.

The behavior of the woman on staff is not acceptable, the service is very bad, it was very borderline, closed and the website said one thing and the woman said another. The room was dirty, it was very small, we were three people and we only had a marriage note, no. I put zero stars because you can't, the only good thing is the location and for people who want to go there I don't recommend it if you don't want to give yourself a bad time.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Small rooms but they comply. What seems like a drama is asking them to leave your luggage when you check out, if you need some time before going to the next destination. They don't help in that sense, it seems that you bother them or create a problem for them. I would look for another place next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
