The location is awesome! Very close to the metro and in right Alcala street. There is a very cute little store inside, perfect for the stay. The rooms were pretty nice and new. Will definitely repeat!

Was visiting a friend in the hostel, so cannot speak about service and prices much. However, personal was nice and despite my poor Spanish they allowed a visit without any difficulties. The room my friend had was not exactly spacious, with double size bad taking almost all space, but bed quality, personal shower and atmosphere covered made it worth a visit.

It is very nice hotel located just 3-minute walk from metro station Quintana (L5). The hotel is very modern, clean and you don’t feel like you’re trapped by walls. The bed is very comfortable and huge, flat-screen TV was also provided. Bathroom was very clean and smelled nice, towels were changed every day and room was mopped as well. I highly recommend you this hotel. Because the value for money and location itself is just incredible. It safe to say it’s 10/10.

Pretty good hostel. I got a private room, and the price was good for the quality of the room. The location is average, between the city center and the airport. They also have a mini supermarket with lots of foods, drinks and toiletries, and the prices are really nice. My only complaint is that there was a gap between the door and the door frame on my room, and some light leaked from the hallway.

I was very surprised, because the price was small and the hotel didn’t look pretty from the outside, but it was after all a great experience. Everything was very clean, the bed - super comfortable, bathroom - new and clean. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
