This is our first Hostel experience. The main check-in desk and lounge room is just outside our Room 203 so we hear people coming in and the bedroom walls are very thin. The people on duty were very nice but 2 of the 3 we met spoke know very little English. Our taxi driver talked to the lady on the door speaker when we arrived to get us into the building. Thankfully there is a one person elevator to take suitcases up to the 2nd floor. We had requested a quiet twin room so we could open 2 large suitcases - our double bedroom and bathroom are very small with a window on the busy street. We had to keep the window closed bc the street noise is loud until 3:30am when the bars close. The room is clean but the furniture is a little beat up. The mattress and towels are okay and the shower has nice water pressure. The bedding is a bit worn and the 2 pillows are the width of the bed which is kind of odd. We’re only here for 2 nites so we’ll manage just fine. It is close to the city center and lots of restaurants and bars are close by. I guess $200 a night for hostel lodging is what you have to pay in Madrid which seems high for 1 star lodging.

I loved everything about this humble place: the friendliest staff ever, who goes beyond and above to make you feel like at home. And the atmosphere and establishment is like an apartment complex. Very clean, safe, with hot tea in your room. Location is great: a few minutes from Prado, Thyssen, Hop on bus and many precious places. You have your own keys for the building, the apartment and your own room. It’s quiet and convenient by all means.

Simple but very clean room, I have stayed two nights and I have had a very quiet time, I sleep very well, the ladies who serve are very friendly and the best thing is the location, you are 5 minutes walk from everything in the center, when I return to Madrid I will definitely repeat with this hostel.

Very clean, but small rooms with 5 hours of heating and if you are late in the bathroom the light turns off. A disaster.

I give it the maximum because the location is the best and it was economical for me...and the ladies who run it are nice...a plus point that the showers and sink were inside the room, which I thought would not be the case. shared, even so, the noise is a bit unbearable... it depends on what each person goes to Mad for... I don't care too much

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
