Rooms Are Never Clean, They Give You One Soap and One Bathroom Tissue for Two In The Room, The Air Conditioner Never Work And they Controlled from the Front Desk.They Have Horrible Customer Service,With The Exception of One of the Guys in Front Desk The Rest, They Have a Horrible Way Of Talking and They Always Upset. I Request For My Room To Be Clean Twice and Me And My Sister Stay There For 10 Days.I Don't Recommended This Hostal Josefina To Anybody.I Will Never Stay at This Place Again.This Place Bad, Bad, Bad! I Had A Bad Experience!

Very small. Too crowded, the staff is not great. The elevators to get there are a MESS. And the most annoying thing is the front bell- I don’t understand how it can be so loud that you hear it throughout the night!

The Rooms are small but the best part of it is that it’s in the centre of Gran Via and the staff was supportive in all the queries but value for money.

Fantastic Location. Fair price for a single room in the heart of gran via. Get used to taking the stairs to the 7 floor, Comfortable bed, Shower Drain stinks and the soundproofing’ not ideal but for a good nights sleep no complaints.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
