The reception is on the 7th floor but the rooms are on the 2nd. The room is super clean and very functional, good mattress and pillow, perfectly equipped bathroom and despite not having a closet they did have enough shelves and hangers on the wall of the room. TV in a bazaar structure that makes very good use of space. It is in the middle of the Gran Vía in front of Callao. Breakfast is not an open buffet but rather several to choose from with juice and fruit and with spectacular views of Madrid. Of course, the portal seems abandoned from the last century, typical of a junkie movie, and it is impossible to take the elevator because it stops wherever it wants and in the end all the people go down the stairs. The entire building is made up of hostels from the same group. It is not accessible to the disabled due to the insurmountable stairs to have breakfast and take the elevator and steps in the room area.

The location is perfect but the rooms are too small and lack cleanliness. The hall and access areas, super dirty and deteriorated. Better not to talk about the elevator (too old). They forced us to check in online and then we arrived and we had to do it again (to no avail) and on top of that you have to go up to the seventh floor to do it. The air conditioning was turned off every time we got to the room and we had to call reception to have it turned on remotely. Up to three times, we did it. The experience was not pleasant at all. The breakfast was correct and the location was excellent.

Good value for money hotel. On the other hand, the photos don't really look like reality. Unpleasant smell of sewers. The window faces a sort of backyard with the air conditioners, so we were disturbed by the noise of the air conditioners. The location is great, but don't go there by car, no parking and the only parking nearby costs 26 euros... a bit of a steal anyway. Access to the room is also complicated, only 1 small elevator for 4/5 hotels…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
