Room was very clean, but too small for two. Bathroom was also clean. Guys at reception are nice and friendly, working 24 hours.

The room is very small although that's something I can live with. I just hate the view from my window, it's super noisy outside. If you leave windows open you get all the cooking smells from nearby restaurants right into the room. Also you can hear the constant humming sound of a machine of some kind, maybe the aircon from some neighbouring business. The room feels very stuffy as there's no breeze coming through the window given that it faces the inside patio of the building so very poor air flow. You have a fan in the room but it's very noisy. I got a half renovated bathroom but the design is so poor that you almost need to lean against the wall to get under the running water. I give service three stars which may be unfair -I stayed for just a couple of days so I chose not to have my room made, but I didn't feel the staff at check in were particularly friendly by any stretch of the imagination. All in all, great location in terms of being very centrally located, however its location withing the street itself feels very awkward. I guess it's reasonably priced but I'd much rather stay a little further from the center but in a place with some more character to it. I just don't get the vibe of this place at all.

We arrived after midnight on a Friday night. The taxi dropped us of right in front and the neighborhood looked at little creepy. Hotel is located near several bars and there were a lot of people from the bars socializing on the street right out front. Hotel was clean, and a very neat old building. Staff was extremely nice. It looked much nicer in the daytime. I would definitely stay there again, just because it has personality.

Just staying two nights and for what I need the room that is sleep and have shower is enough. Clean, warm for the freezing days of early January and friendly staff. What decreases the comfort here is that the pressure of the water is terrible and the toilet smells all the time.

Adequate for a one night stand. Nice location within walking distance of everything on the Gran Via and a Metro station. Semi private bath, continental breakfast, comfy small room with all the amenities. Free wifi, hdtv and street parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
