The location was very convenient! The room was simple but ok. We needed to ask for a water boiler and cups. Our universal adapters didn't work very well by plugging on the wall socket. They were too long and too heavy to cause them to drop down. We ended up purchasing an extension cord and a simple Europe to American adapter from the Orient store downstairs. Very convenient.

Very good value for the price. The accommodations are very basic, as advertised, hence the 4-star, but the place exceeded our expectations in some ways: 1. The rooms, while plain, are equipped with quality fans for air conditioning. 2. The shared bathrooms are very clean. 3. The service we got was PHENOMENAL. We interacted with a uniquely pleasant man at the service desk - one of those customer experiences that stick with you because the person helping you genuinely wanted to make sure you were as comfortable as possible. The great service was unexpected but very welcome. For anyone seeming basic (hostel level) accommodations, this place is highly recommended.

Terrible shared bathrooms with dirty drainage mats with insects, toilet doors with no locks, and apparently clear glass shower screens in the men’s bathrooms. Very small showers with auto timed push button taps. The room itself was clean but very noisy from the street, and the fridge freezes all the food.

Reception was literally two feet away from our room, you could hear every conversation the reception had and he talked to two women for 30 minutes. Room was big but dark and dated old furniture, plugs not next to bed. I had to leave the room to ask for a cup because there wasn't one in the room. For 100 euros it was robbery.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
