        I am a citizen of Ukraine. Today at 2:00 pm, my friend and I arrived at the Hostal Los Alpes hotel, where at the reception desk, 500 euros were stolen from our passport, in one bill, it was the last money. Before getting to the hotel, in the hotel elevator (2 minutes before check-in at the reception), we put a banknote of 500 euros in that passport, which did not have a hotel reservation, but they also asked to provide it, and after we were registered in room, after 40 minutes, we discovered the loss of money from the passport. It was a shock! When asked to return the money, we were told that they did not see the money, did not take it, and when asked to watch the recording from the video camera, they answered with a categorical refusal. Moreover, the woman at the reception called the police, referring to the fact that I behave aggressively, although this is 100% not true! The hotel representative does not make any contact and behaves as if there is no problem in her hotel, and simply ignores me, which is very suspicious! We contacted the police, and I hope for the justice of the Spanish police! I ask the hotel management to check the recording on the video camera at the reception, at the time of our registration and the theft of money from the passport. It was 12/23/22 in the range from 14.10 to 14.40 in time. (Although I admit that they could have erased the recording from the video camera!) For me, 500€ is a lot of money, and for the Christmas holiday, I am left without any means of subsistence. I am leaving the hotel home on December 25, I hope that this problem can be solved, and the girl at the reception will be deservedly punished for what she has done! I swear I'm telling the truth! Thank you all for taking the time to read my review, and I wish you all a Merry Christmas! I hope for a positive result, and the money will be returned to me!

        I stayed there for two weeks. The location is central and very convenient to get anywhere. The room was cozy and clean and also had a mini bar, kettle and microwave. The room and shower are small although enough for one person. Overall the experience was very good and if anyone is looking for a simple room for a single person in a central location, I would recommend this place.

        Clean rooms, air conditioner works well, allowing us to have a cold room in the hot summer days, good WiFi, maintenance is nice, It's quiet during the day and during the night. The room had an electric kettle, microwave and a small refrigerator. Private bathroom. Close to Gran Via and a few supermarkets.

        We stayed in Hostal Los Alpes for 7 nights, the room was small but efficient, with private bathroom and everything we needed. Our room was cleaned everyday, towels changed daily. It was extremely clean and fresh. Microwave oven, kettle, fridge, cups, sugar, tea were provided. The location is ideal, 3min walk from metro Gran Via, 7mins from Puerta del Sol, super market very close and everything you might need is there. I would definitely stay again in Hostal Los Alpes!

        Every time I traveled to Madrid, I went to this hostal. The location is brilliant, in the pure centre of Madrid. The restaurants, cinemas, and shops around the area are exceptional. If I came back again, I will not doubt to repeat the stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
