Next time I am there, I will ask them to put curtains. But other than that, everything was awesome. Just a little advice, don’t walk around Madrid with your money or important documents. I had all my money stolen in plaza Sol.

A thoughtful host with best location. At the center of the old town, 10-15 mins walk to all major monuments and restaurants. Drinking water refill and tea kettle provided at reception. AC working properly. After check-in, a message from the host sent through WhatsApp, to stay connected with guests and receive request. Staff are fluent in English, helpful from providing additional item request to explain how to travel in the city. Room is thoroughly cleaned to start, but last 2 days bathroom floor was not cleaned. Only 1 small shelf in our 2-person room, hope 2nd one can be added. Still highly recommended, and will return for future visit.

Excellent location and frendiny staff the only problem was the cleaning staff they open the door while we are inside before check out time to ask us to hurry up and we forget a suitcase have a leather jacket and 3 hats they throw it out without call or asking us when we figure that out and cobract them they said they throw it!!
