One of the WORST hotel Ive ever stayed with my husband in my whole life...very honestly... The rooms are not 100% cleaned..ok its 2 stars but the cleaness ... its the most important thing...! The ntűss was dirty on the class and in the corners its full of dust. The TV has no chanels and it has only youtube that you cant used because of the very low speed of the internet. Actually... the internet here its not exist...!but the good thing is that its for free and you dont have to pay a cent for it... The windows....? They are from wood and they have holes and scraches... I was wondering why we have windows in the rooms...what with windows...what without...its the same... the same noise... you CANT SLEEP.. The hotel from the moment that knows that it is in the centre and its surrounded by a lot of bars...they had to fix all the windows because at night its very very noizy..! Towels....the towels its nike a treasure here... you have to keep them clean because they will be changed every two days...! And for two people like me and my husband... they left only two medium towels and one for the feet... but luckily we had 2 toilet papers...!!! The price for this hotel is not worth it...for real... We stayed in one another 2 star hotel here in spain.. and it had also gym... terrase and breakfast included......because here...DOESNT HAVE BREAKFAST..... OH... AND PARKING....

If you're looking for somewhere close to Sol, then the location is great. Unfortunately, everything else isnt - as per a lot of reviews, it's incredibly noisy from about 7pm to 5am, with people gathering outside the hotel all night (happened Fri, Sat and Sun I was there). The single room itself was adequate but the sheets were dirty and the shower still had hair from someone else in it. The hotel reception is on Floor 2 (not signposted) so you'll find many visitors wandering about lost (oh and there's no signs one each floor to say which rooms are where).The lift is tiny so be prepared if you're bringing a pushchair/bike to carry it up the narrow spiral staircase (no staff offered to help me). So in summary, ok if you're looking for a cheap place to put your head down but I'd suggest paying more and staying elsewhere.

Service is very poor. The person at reception was very rude and not at all cooperative. We had check-in at 2pm and we arrived a little early at 1pm. So we have requested the concern that he can manage to accommodate us before checkin but he denied. After waiting till 2 pm we asked for keys then the person said rooms are under cleaning it will take more than 30 to 40 min to get ready. If the person cannot allow us to enter the rooms before 2pm then why should we wait after 2 pm.

The bed was comfy, the showers were hot and the location was excellent! That’s really all I could ask for. There were a few things that weren’t ideal: my room was next to the floor’s entrance so I’d hear the door unlock whenever someone arrived at all times of the day/night. There was also construction either in the building or somewhere nearby in the early mornings. Lastly, the room was a bit small and had dirty walls, but nothing unreasonable. If you are ok with these things, then I’d recommend booking since it’s good value for the money. One thing to note is that the lobby is on floor 2 of the building, not floors 0 or 1. This was not clear so it took me a bit to find. One recommendation for the hostel would be to arrange social events so that patrons could meet one another. As a solo traveller in a private room, there was no way for me to meet other travellers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
