The rooms are good, clean basic. It is 2 star and very very central. 5 min walk to Sol station. You have to check in at their sister hotel -1 min away on same street so there isnt anybody at this hotel. Atleast i didnt see anybody. The rooms are cute. Toilet small a bit tight. Also i asked for interior room. Window to patio and no problems with noise because the street has a lot of restaurants etc. all in all for a 2 star very good.the Airconditioning worked for us no problem. also they partner with a restaurant right next door for breakfast. Totally recommend Carmela is the name. Breakfast 3 eu spanish toast and coffee. Big irish breaky for 8 eu. Delish!

Booked and headed to the address to find out that the front desk is located in another building. I had to ring the neighbor to find this out. Then headed to the other building (different hotel name), check in was fast. Though what I had booked with Agoda did not coincide with what I was given. Hotel room was clean, but looks like a total prison-cell. Sorry, this was just my experience.

Run away. Hotel is ridiculously noisy and should not be allowed to offer services to the guests. AC doesn’t work so you get all the street noises until 6/7AM. And then there is a night club in the same building with seemingly no sound isolation so you get a bonus party on the weekends in your room. Do not consider this if you want to sleep at all during your stay.

The only good thing is the location, it was reficulously over-priced, noisy until late morning outside every night, the air-con never worked and none of the staff knew how to use; on top of that it was outrageously hot because it's madrid and we couldn't open the window because it was so loud, some rooms don't even have a window, no mini bar or fridge to cool water and no safe. The staff were however friendly but there was nothing here to justify the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
