Definitely not my favourite Hostel. The people definitely make a Hostel great and that was just lacking here for my stay. The “lounge” area AKA the kitchen is just too small for lots of people to come hang out which I feel puts a damper on meeting people. Many people just hang out in their rooms. There also wasn’t a good selection of pots or pans. The terraces are so tiny that you can only really stand. It’s not a hangout area. The rooftop isn’t even for people to go up and chill. It’s just ran as a restaurant/bar and is closed at certain times. My mattress was pretty uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Also if you get the room Catrina get ready for music from the old out of tune German music boxes all day and then beating drums late into the night! The views from this room were amazing but the noise was crazy! The wifi also doesn’t work the best in this room either. My experience here definitely wasn’t the best. Pros: $250 a night Good Breakfast Hot water for showering Filtered water for drinking Very close to everything

Not a hostel... just a front room and the toilets to the bar at the third floor...not a single chance to get any sleep... drunk and stoned people coming up and down, using the toilets, making a mess...an absolutely awful/discusting place to stay

This was a terrible experience for me. I couldn't sleep because the noises and yells kept me awake all night. The bathroom was also quite obscene, and I lacked the courage to take a shower. The room was simple, queen bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

I liked the breakfast and the location, but was not too fond of the staff tho, but that's more personal. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were good enough. Sadly, in the men's bathroom there were a few broken locks and the doors of the showers are not broad enough. Lockers were working and were bigger than i most hostels (Which is really great). The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing.

The Location is really good, you are so close of different restaurants, museums, Palacio de bellas artes (This is a meeting point of differents city tours or Teotihuacan tour, around 5-7 min walk). Being close of Zocalo, you will hear in the day drums from natives and organillos from organilleros. The view from the rooftop is amazing (see the sunset). There is a bar on it, music is until 12 am. You can use the kitchen any time. The breakfast was good, usually pancakes, fruits and sandwich. The volunteers and staff were so friendly. When you share your space with other people, well you need to be patient with those who doesnt care about an organized place. (It isn't hostal fault)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
