Just getting into the building was a nightmare. Despite me filling out all kinds of forms beforehand and scanning our passports, they never sent me the PIN code needed to get into the door. They also never check their Booking.com messages. After many difficult phone calls we finally received a PIN only to discover that you needed yet another code to open a little box which contained the key to the room. The opening mechanism of the box was absurdly complicated. The room itself was tiny and ugly, no window, but only a grate that opened into the hallway, so every time someone returned or left their room and turned the light on, it illuminated our room. Needless to say, neither the fan nor the AC worked. Would not recommend this place!

The location is great and the room was small but okay. However, there was a lack of management of the hostel: there was nobody at the reception most of the time and the room was not cleaned for the three days we were there. Moreover, no action was taken against other guests who were very loud late at night and smoking inside (the accomodation was non-smoking). It was also very hot because they turned on the heater that could not be controlled from the room.

It was absolutely dreadful. Woman at reception was crazily rude, unhelpful and definitely not a good representative of the place. The room itself, well I think a prisoner honestly had it better. Didn’t even have a window just a small air space at top of a wall. Completely dirty bedding, dust everywhere, dirt up the walls. Completely appalling I said they’d have to pay me to let me stay there

I can't believe this is allowed to host people as a hostel. It was dirty and very loud. The owners room was next to mine and all I heard all night was her walking around making noise ! It didn't help that a small square hole was above my door so any noise I could here. Bathroom was tiny with no air. The air con was leaking so there was a pot of dirty water next to my bed. Says no pets and there was a dog there which I have allergies to. It was cheap though and right in the centre of madrid so you can't expect much when you pay cheap prices but cleanliness doesn't cost much at all . Missing the kitchen in the pictures too.

Comfortable, cozy and clean. Rooms are tiny but have it all: bathroom with hot water and a hair dryer, small tv. And if you are lucky you get a balcony ! Wi-Fi available.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
