How near the Gran Via Street was. Very easy to get there. Very close to a Metro station. The bathroom was inside the room and that was great. They could include another bed in the room to accommodate a total of 3 people.. There wasn’t any kitchen or refrigerator, so we had to do every meal outside which, in my opinion, kind of defeats the purpose of staying in a hostal. However, that was probably my mistake bc a kitchen wasn’t advertised.

The best location in Madrid, Clean and Nice Hostel with excellent Service. We had to stay for just one night, to catch the flight connection the next morning, so we booked through hotels.com and it was surely a good choice. Room was big enough of for me, wife and 3 kids. The host was very helpful and took care of our taxi back to the airport and guided us about we could go out and eat. I am surely coming back next time I am in madrid.

Fantastic hostsl with cool rooms and awesome staff. I went with my wife and two kids. The room doesn't have microwave and fridge but we could store our things in their private fridge and they give it to us once we needed it. The location is also perfect because you have access to all the shops and restaurants. If I go back to Madrid, I'm definitely staying here again.

Really nice staff. The place is clean, organized and has such a nice interior. The neighborhood is also amazing where you can have lunch, dinner and breakfast. I loved being there. But the best is the location. Anything you want at few steps from the hostel.

I liked this place for one important reason, location. Most of the major tourist attractions are 5-10 minutes away. The place is basic, the walls are thin and the rooms are simple. But, the place (and specifically, the bathroom) was clean. As a solo traveler I really appreciated the kind staff who didn't fail to ask after my needs and make me feel at home.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
