Is a blatant scam. i booked the room but couldn't stay due to the stench and noises due to the house repair, i didn't get a refund when i couldn't stay there. Please consider when you book here

Good location , 2nd floor no lift so if you are light lugage traveller it is fine; or will be not convenient for dragging heavy stuff up . No map for you to make city travelle , at least we are not prposed of this . Luguage keep is NOT FREE of Charge , we kept 2 small luagage for one hour , charged 3euro , we are not informed of this charge the moment we leave the luaggage which is not quite right as all charges shall be communicate to client clearly and beforehands . otherwise it is clean .

Location is perfect, hotel itself not. It is very noisy (and I wasn't on the street side). You are lucky when you can sleep through during the night. Beds are small and not very comfortable. I wouldn't come back here anymore.

Nice cosy hotel in the heart of Madrid. It's really good for short stay. Unfortunately, rooms are not big, but it's enough for travellers. Very friendly stuff speak English well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
