Stayed for 4 nights with my mother, we had a lovely and spacious room with one double bed plus one single. Both comfy matress and pillow. Room was simple but spotless. The private bathroom was spotless and the shower worked perfectly. It is located in a lively neighbourhood so it has its cons and pros. Street can get a noisy at night, specially on the weekends but that's any capital city and specially in a warm country. It was very quiet during our mid week stay, even with the balcony doors open at night. Staff was friendly and helpful with our request and curiousity :-) Would definetly recommend as it was one of the most economic places we could find that didn't share a bathroom and the location is superb for walking pretty much anywhere in the central area of Madrid. Plenty of lovely food and drink options nearby too!!

It's okay, but if you look for little quiet place this isn't can accommodate you.. little disturbing the Bar downstairs, but it's a great location in the middle of the city so can go around and near to shopping store or restaurants.

I stayed in this place for a holidays week, the place it’s very well located in 4 minutes you are in the Gran Via road, which is the town in Madrid but you also have the train station “tribunal” near by to connect to the rest of the city if you want. The service in the hostal it’s great, very clean and tidy, a worth place for the money we pay in...! Also is a secure and safe place, I left my value stuffs in the room, no problem at all.

Lovely basic hotel. Air conditioning and WiFi in rooms. Very clean private ensuite bathroom. Very helpful (non-english) speaking reception who looked after our bags on check out. Excellent location- we had a very quiet room at the back (although apparently the nightclub next door can be busy on weekends).

The people @hostel Tokio where very helpful and friendly. The room/appartment was nice and clean. The hostel is well located. Everything touristic is within 2km. Always remember that it is the center of Madrid and the weekends can be a bit noisy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
