Good for what you pay. Check in was down the road but wasn’t too complicated. The lady was also super accommodating by allowing me to check in early and texting me when the room was ready. It’s small but nice.

Only complaint is that it is literally right above the bars so it can be noisy all the way until 5am. Careful when booking if you are a light sleeper! Otherwise it's a great place right next to the Sol Plaza, in the heart of old Town Madrid. Super new renovation of an old apartment building so everything is nice and clean.

Fantastic location, strategically in the middle of central neighborhood bustling with restaurants, bars, cafes with shopping streets nearby. Rooms are cleaned daily, renovated and cozy, might be compact but with personal bathroom and attentive staff we didn’t have issues. Also we knew that there will be noise as it’s expected in the middle of central Madrid, so it didn’t bother us much (widows are soundproof plus there are heavy wooden blind doors so it blocks most of the noise). It was lovely experience and we would definitely come again!

Convenient location, everything was close by. The room was quite small, and not so clean after the first and second visits of the women who came to clean. I could still see hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine. Furthermore, even though the location was great for accessing everything that you wanted, it was way too noisy because of the tapas bars and the restaurants on the same street, till the morning hours. I would recommend this place for people who are coming to Madrid for exploring, but not for relaxing and getting some rest.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
