Definitely not worth the price. The walls are so thin you can hear everything word, noise, movement, cough etc. The WiFi only works in the bathroom

I absolutely want to recommend this accommodation!! The people working there are very nice. Whenever I emailed them, they responded almost immediately. They are helpful and kind!! Our room was perfectly adequate. Nice, clean! Comfortable beds. There was cleaning every day! quiet, calm environment, despite being very close to Gran Vía. I would like to thank you for making the booking so smooth. Krisztina, the receptionist, was very nice. Favorable, very favorable prices. you should contact the accommodation directly and pay directly with them. Next time we visit Madrid, we will definitely stay with them!! 😊😊

100% recommended. Not only is it fantastic value for money, but the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have stayed here a few times and just spent 2 weeks in one of the superior rooms with great natural light and views. They are also really dog friendly ☺️.

I stayed here last winter and whilst the staff were friendly, the facilities are fine, the location is great, and the room is a good size and clean, it was absolutely freezing in the room. I had to cover the thin duvet with my coat to stay warm, and in the morning when I had work to do, I did it fully clothed and wearing my coat. The radiator was on high but it was clearly too weak to warm the room. I'd give this place 5* if the heating issue was fixed but honestly it was soo freezing I've had to knock off 3 stars.

Did not have the air-con available due to time of year. Pretty poor practise in my opinion as the room is advertised with air-con, but to be honest, we did not need it. Great location, clean and nice.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
