Well, it is old not fancy doesn't have elevator but it is very clean. We had room for 2 on third floor and shared toilet. Toilet was very clean and I never needed to wait. I was in way more expensive places with hygiene lower than here. Staff is also very welcoming. Location is super central

It was my first and last mistake to stay in this hotel which has no facilities. in shared room.There are too many mosquitoes. There is no wardrobe in the room to keep any clothes. Nothing is there There is no charging point near the bed.

A very pleasant hostel in a great location (2 minutes from the metro, although everything is more or less within walking distance). The rooms are comfortable and clean, as is the shared bathroom, which is very well equipped and you feel as if you are not actually in a hostel but at home. The best of all was the service, the man at the reception was very kind and helpful, he gave us a list of some of the best places and how to get to them and at the end of our stay he gave us magnets of Portugal. I definitely recommend this hostel if you find yourself in Lisbon!

Really clean place on great location with stuff available to help out with all suggestions and things you may have on your visit to Lisbon. Tram 28 station in front of the building, metro station few steps away so public transportation easy to reach. You will actually not need that much since you are pretty much in center of everything. Great seafood place is just on the corner - Ramiro-traditional Lisbon place. Great place to start of your day is Viewpoint of Sehnora do Monte (10min away by foot). Our room was very simple but clean, and so was the shared bathroom. The owners were nice. Unfortunately our windows faced towards the inner courtyard where it smelled very bad during the day, therefore letting fresh air in was almost impossible. However, it’s cheap and therefore recommendable for a couple of days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
