When we booked the room, they did say straight out that the room and bathroom gonna be small, so we were well prepared for that and absolutely no complaints from us about the small room. The hotel has a great location in access to shopping points, restaurants, bus stops etc. It has a nice small kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, stove, cooking and eating utensils etc. They also provide ingredients for a simple meal such as eggs, bread, milk, ramen etc. Staff is friendly and patient and never hesitate to try to assist or answer you in any ways they can. The only tiny thing that we concerned is the bathroom location, it has a higher step in my room, I m not sure in other rooms. So if you have an elderly or someone who has a bit trouble of moving around in the family, please take note of this. But overall we love the hotel and their positive attitude in taking care of things. We would love to come back when we have a chance.

Great location and nice kitchen. Good service - they let us keep our suitcase there after check-out. But the problem was the bathroom. It became a river after using. I don't understand how the level remain still which doesn't allow the water to flow down. Also a bit tight inside with no wardrobe. But I must say that the price was great! All in all, a good value for money except these technicalities.

Great central location. Situated right in the middle of the popular Myeondong neighborhood, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to subway lines 2 and 4, but I actually didn't use the subway much since many tourist attractions were within walking distance. The room was clean but showed some wear (scuff marks, bathroom door wouldn't close fully, etc). The hotel listing is admirably transparent about its limitations so I knew the single room would be small. That said, I didn't fully realize how cramped it would feel. Just a heads up if you're expecting to spend a decent amount of time lounging in your room. Communal kitchen with some simple breakfast options like cereal, toast with butter/jam, and instant noodles. Eating isn't allowed in your room. Free use of laundry machines.

Super nice staff, wonderful location, closeby to lots of good shopping, night market and plenty of late night beer & chicken places. Location simply couldn't be any better. I've read some people complain about the room size: It's not necessarily a room you hang out in to take shelter from the Seoul tempo, but it works wonderfully well as a home base when visiting Seoul

Excellent place! Perfect localisation just 2 minutes walk from, airport bus, very nice, clean well designed rooms. Many thanks for opportunity of safely storing our bikes and bike boxes while we where on the trip. Highly recommending this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
