I fill very good in this place. There is a complete and useful kitchen. Its possible dry clothes out of the windows in the room. Room was small but very useful All it's clean. The view from the windows is amazing, the area is very cool and tipical, on the top of the hill.

Although very small (but absolutely sufficient for one person) the accommodations are very comfortable (bed is excellent) and truly charming. The view from the balcony makes you feel as if you are right in the heart of historic Lisboa. The location is excellent: plenty of cafes, small shops, historic sites in easy walking distance. And special THANKS go to the owners of this guesthouse and people who work there: they are very welcoming and always available to help with anything that a guest may need. Highly recommend!

The Guest house is absolutely gorgous, aparently the owners are talented interior decorators so the decoration and layout of the establishment was thaught out meticulously. Extremely hospitable staff, Andressa and Omar were super atentive to all of my needs. Free coffee in a equiped kithen, awsome Location and afordable prices. I felt right at home. The guest house offers a early optional breakfast, Definitely worth it. I can't wait to come back. Super recommend the Guest house.

I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay very much. The owners are very friendly, and made me breakfast to order at the time of my liking each morning. The location is very picturesque, and was a good place to start walking all over Lisbon. The location is also good for street trams and buses, and not far from the Metro. The room was nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. The small balcony with a table and chair was a nice place to hang out while waking up or before going to sleep. The price is very reasonable, too.

I couldn't say enough about this place. The location was in Graca area which is town central. My room was opposite the Graca convent. The room had sufficient for one person and all facilities were well-equipped. The bathroom was tiny, but functioned very well. I loved the balcony attached to the room so I could observe the local souls. The place was close to a supermarket, tram & bus stop, attractions, restaurants and cafes. Very convenient. I didn't have a chance to see the owners but we communicated through booking.com and they were very nice and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
