I was traveling with a group of friends and when we arrived at the accommodation, they informed us that they did not have enough beds for us. They had overbooked the place. As a solution, they offered us to sleep on the terrace at a discounted price of €5. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were served a snack consisting of one yogurt and one muffin instead. I am not sure if this is the normal service, but I would not recommend this place if you are traveling with a group.

Firstly, the reception staff and airport transfer staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hostel has no aircon, no pool and most of the facilities that are advertised just don’t exist. The heat was so bad in the rooms some people had to sleep on the rooftop. The hostel is behind a “ fresh” food market and while walking through the smell is pretty unbearable. Overall we were left extremely disappointed due to how highly the place was reviewed. When looking into it further it appears most of the reviews are fake. Speaking to other travellers there is definitely better value for money hostels in Marrakech which have aircon are more centrally located for the same or cheaper price.

BE CAREFUL!! I stay here for 5 nights and I payed the price on booking, after I wanted to book 2 more nights and they said that the price in booking was not the correct price and wanted to charged me more even though I was showing him the booking reservation. They also cancelled my reservation on booking as soon as I arrived no idea why so I was not able to leave a review to prevent other travelers from this scam, as some other 2 backpackers arrived wihh the reservation and also charged them more. The hostel is nice and very cleans, but the staff is always so noise, they charged for everything towels, use the kitchen o hair dryers. Ibrahim the guy in reception is far from friendly or any customers orientation. It's a shame as the hostel could be wonderful.

Wholesome breakfast, kind staff, great rooftop where I met some amazing people. The hostel has a friendly homely vibe and there's always someone there to help you out. Beds are clean and comfortable and the shower and toilet are cleaned regularly. Met many people staying there for a few weeks because they loved it so much. Location is close to Jamaa El Fna Square. I sprained my ankle badly on the way to the hostel and the staff bandaged my foot, and gave me snacks while I composed myself. Then even managed to find me a crutch from somewhere for my days there. Incredible experience overall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
