Great service, treated like a king! The staff were great, kind and very attentive! The front desk was fantastic and helpful! Could be a great hotel if little things like more maintenance we're done. Carpet, painting balconies, changing shower heads, fixing leaky toilets, many others. A little work into the hotel, could go a long way! If you're not used to hostels, it's quite a shock. But I would assume that this is the king of hostels!

We were staying in hostel, and yes the location is amazing (super center), price was very cheap (10$ per night) and it's really not worth any more money.. rooms are dirty and breakfast for people staying in hostel was just disappointing. One rool of bread with a small portion of butter and marmelade, when people staying in hotel (same building) get an amazing tipical Costarian breakfast. I know we pay less for a hostel but usually that means you get worse room than a hotel guys, not as well a worse breakfast. As well usually hostel have a hanging room/chillout zone.. well this one just have one zofa on a halfway..For one night stay is ok, but more I would not recommend.

This is an older hotel but u get the bang for the money and it's in the center of the capital city San jose right on walking street close to all the shops museums parks.... From here u can walk and enjoy everything on foot....what does it for us is it has a balcony which is rare to find in the capital city and with the perfect weather u want to chill out there and enjoy the breezes and sights down below.... I highly recommend this hotel and both managers Luis are really great and helpful people.

Centrally located in the middle of the city, close to supermarkets, restaurants and museums. Friendly people working at the front desk. It doesn't feel like a hostel, because they don't offer a kitchen and a commen area, but for this price, it was a nice place to stay for a night

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
